Trash and Recycling are collected on Wednesday; Large Items and Yard Waste are collected on Thursday.
Reminder: Cans, yard waste, or large items can go out to the curb no earlier than 5 PM on the day before, and no later than 6 AM on the day, it is to be collected. Cans must be returned to your storage location on the same day as pick-up.

A list of approved can screening is available in our Documents section.
The Good Neighbor program can help you install trash can screening.

See the CAM page for more information about our Community Association Management (CAM) company, who handles our dues collection.
Parking
Horizon West has single side of the street parking. No Parking signs are posted throughout the neighborhood, indicating on which side of the street you are permitted to park.
Parking is enforced by Orange County Sheriff's Office. If you see a vehicle parked in a No Parking zone, you may contact the non-emergency number at OCSO to report it.
More information about parking enforcement can be found in the OCSO parking pamphlet.
If you are going to park in the street, please try to not park directly across from an apron. It makes it difficult for your neighbor to get out of their driveway.
Also, don't park across the sidewalk. It is a violation of County ordinance, and is enforceable by OCSO.
However, please note that it is allowed to park completely within the driveway apron, not on the sidewalk or in the roadway.
Please only park on hard paved surfaces; do not park on any grass areas. Use caution when street parking and making U-turns that you are not on the grass.
Boats and RVs are not permitted at any time in Hamlin Town Center. This provision is enforced by the County. However, Sanctuary at Hamlin will delay enforcement for up to three days for cleaning or prepping. We kindly request that homeowners delay contacting the County to allow for fair use of boats and RVs, and only contact the County when a boat or RV is present in a driveway for longer than three days.
Dogs
Please don't forget to pick up after your dog. There are dog waste stations throughout the neighborhood.
Per County ordinance, dogs must be on a leash unless they are on your property under your control.
Please be courteous! County ordinance states that your dog should be on a leash no longer than six (6) feet. To that end, leashed dogs should be no further than six feet away from the sidewalk at any time. Dogs which are allowed to go further onto homeowner property may be considered trespassing, and reported to the County as nuisance animals.
