Welcome!

Sanctuary at Hamlin is a neighborhood that is part of the Hamlin Town Center village in the Horizon West community in western Orange County, in central Florida.  

The primary mission of the Sanctuary at Hamlin Homeowner's Association is to keep home values as high as possible by preserving the look and feel of the community.  We also do this by creating community, both through volunteering and community gathering events.  Additionally, the HOA maintains the common areas.

We have two Facebook groups for the community.  You must be a homeowner or a renter to join these groups.

• Sanctuary at Hamlin HOA and Community Info is a moderated group managed by the HOA, and is used to pass on HOA-related information. 

• Sanctuary at Hamlin - Verified Residents is a homeowner-run group created with the intent to build community. THE HOA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OF THE CONTENT IN THIS GROUP.
